The hotel itself for the price you pay is everything you want from all inclusive. Its a decent resort and you will have a good time regardless. We stayed in the Pyramid - its important as all restaurants are included in the price you pay (except for one seafood restaurant). If you stay in any other part of Oasis hotel you would need to pay additionally for some restaurants. Lots of space by the swimming pools, always can find an available chair. The beds however you need to book and pay for it (£40-£50). Plenty to do in the resort itself: arcades, tennis court, excursion for additional $18pp, entertainment. There are guides within the hotel who are promoting their nicer rooms etc and for listening to their advertising you get an additional free excursion. And lastly I would like to highlight food because I read a lot of comments here and people complain about the food but really I need to say food is good! Its not a michelin star but its definitely nice, tasty and good. The room itself some of them are a little bit outdated but that did not impacted or disturbed my holidays especially for the price we paid. If you want to enjoy Mexico but dont want to spend a fortune - I would definitely recommend this

Overall, we had a good stay at Hotel Kanan, and our room was absolutely amazing. However, the hotel itself felt a bit neglected and could definitely use some maintenance and extra attention. I understand that tourism may be slower right now, but I actually think this is the perfect opportunity to take care of the property and make improvements. One of our biggest disappointments was the beach. I completely understand that sargassum is a natural issue and difficult to control. However, there is a difference between dealing with seaweed and simply not maintaining the beach. We noticed trash sitting in the same spots for several days, and while neighboring hotels were actively cleaning up the seaweed and keeping their beaches tidy, here it seemed to be simply ignored or worked around. Breakfast was another disappointment. The options were underwhelming, and the food was quite bland and lacked flavor. It's a shame because the hotel has so much potential, and our room was truly wonderful. With better maintenance, more attention to cleanliness, and improvements to the breakfast, this could be a fantastic place to stay.

Un lugar relajado. La atención del personal inmejorable. Hugo, a cargo del Staff es extraordinario. Puedes ver el fenómeno impresionante de la bioluminiscencia en la misma Playa del Hotel, es maravilloso. Definitivamente volvería.
