Great boutique hotel on the south end of the island with beautiful sunsets. The beach was lovely and had no sargassum. Can't say enough about the attentive staff that were always available if you had a question. Breakfast was included in our stay and was always cooked to order. Lunch and dinner service was also available, as well as a full bar, and could be charged to your room. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to town. The island is very safe and we walked after dark from town back to the hotel on several occasions. This was our third and favorite trip to Holbox. Already planning another stay at Delek in the near future.

I had the mar suite it was nice, shower was cold only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 3. Staff were very accommodating no complaints at all with the staff. Bar could have been a little better my drink was almost I drinkable, but I got a refund no issue. Overall if you want a stay that’s right off the beach and you’re not worried about all the small details this is a perfect place

UMi was a fantastic couples getaway. Even with the beaches in Tulum being hit with heavy sargassum, their staff was consistently raking and removing it so there were no interruptions to our experience. The property was amazing, the Ocean Front Master Suite was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and always available to make ordering drinks or food easy. The staff confirmed restaurant reservations for us before our arrival. Food was great - the included breakfast was phenomenal! UMi's proximity to everything was exactly what we wanted. We walked everywhere in the Hotel zone, never had to use a cab or ride service - though it was an option if needed. 10/10 would recommend and go back!

Our stay at Aldea Kuka (in March 2026) was an amazing experience and we can’t wait to return. From the moment we arrived, every detail—from the beautiful natural setting to the impeccable service and our spacious accommodations—exceeded our expectations. Here’s what made this trip so unforgettable for our family: Staff: The staff were the most professional and helpful we've encountered, arranging seamless tours to the mangrove and advising on local walks and hikes. The cleaning service was immaculate. The serving staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the chefs were outstanding. The breakfasts are something we still daydream about as a family! Location: The private beach was amazing, with crystal-clear water and spectacular grounds. The hotel merges beautifully with nature, offering plenty of shaded seating, beach beds, and loungers that can be adjusted for sun or shade. The pool was wonderful to lounge by and was never crowded and always easy to relax. Rooms: We stayed in the Presidential Suite with a loft and two bedrooms, which was perfect for my spouse and our two teenagers. There was lots of space to gather as a family while still having privacy. The bathrooms and toiletries were luxurious, the beds were dreamy, and the balcony—with its hammock and table with chairs—was one of my favourite places to unwind. Aldea Kuka was perfect in all ways!!
